我们知道，今天的好形势来之不易，是先辈们抛头颅、洒热血换来的。也深深知道，在今天祖国建设的征程中，有的人正在用自己的青春守卫着祖国的门；有的人正在漠深处、草原边疆、基层一线默默地奉献；有的人正在科技的前沿勇攀高峰，为国家的建设做出了不寻常的业绩；还有的人在服务社会、奉献爱心中赢得了党和人民群众的高度赞扬。

是啊，年轻的我们总是志存高远、追求卓越，却往往忽略了，其实，我们就是这个社会大机器中的一个小小的螺丝钉，正因为我们拥有了小小螺丝钉的梦想，我们的青春才充满活力，百折不挠，正因为我们拥有小小螺丝钉的梦想，我们才拥有了无悔的青春！
青春是小小螺丝钉的梦想，我的梦不再惊天动地。每个人都有自己的梦，而现实却往往与梦想背道而驰，平凡的生活，平凡的我，只能渐渐隐藏到幕后，支起耀眼星星的.舞台。身为小人物，值得提得上青春无悔的事似乎太少了。我们总会发现，机遇并不偏袒自己，在学习上有人超过我，在生活上有人优于我，活动上有人比过我，甚至常常，我并不比受机遇宠爱的人才能低，却只能作为舞台下那一颗螺丝钉，那就是小小螺丝钉的梦，即使我的青春时时落空，但我依然会坚守执著的梦。
青春是小小螺丝钉的渴望。艺术节的舞台上，同学们忘情的表演，而那些支撑舞台的道具却含着螺丝钉的渴望。我也曾想过登上那个舞台，我也曾熬夜忘情地设计可以演出的节目，而最终看着它一点点被遗忘到角落，那是一种在暗河里流淌的泪水。排练时我是跟着另一个编舞去看审批，她们的努力成了舞台上的辉煌。在另一端，节目被删除的站在台下的我，没有灯光，心底里的渴望，却没隐去，是啊，青春里承载了多少小小螺丝钉的渴望啊！
青春是小小螺丝钉的力量。敞亮的舞台并不是我的天地，我积极走向幕后，支持着班级的获奖节目，跑龙套，帮小忙成了必修课，有剧组少道具，我着急寻找，换衣彩排，我跟去拎包。那个上午，为了帮一个剧组找合适的服装，长途奔波。看到剧组节目圆满，百般滋味涌上心头。走出失败的阴影我会发现世界如此美好，并不是所有的失落都意味着不再拥有，当我感叹面前夕阳西下的时候，我总会发现朝阳正在我的背后升起。演出，我坐在了台下和千千万万同学一样支持着舞台上每一个明星，我同样感受到了小小螺丝钉的力量！
至此我才明了，青春有泪，泪是青春的溶剂，青春在泪的溶解下而坚强！青春有汗，汗是青春的营养，青春因汗水的浸泡而饱满！只要有着对胜利的执着，对自己的自信以及坚持不懈努力，成熟前我这颗小小螺丝钉也可以流泪，但那泪的名字一定叫——青春无悔！

I actively walked behind the scenes, supported the award-winning program of the class, played tricks, and helped small things become compulsory courses. There were few props in the production team, and I was eager to find them. I changed clothes and rehearsed, and I followed to carry my bags. That morning, in order to help a crew find suitable clothing, they traveled a long distance. Seeing the completion of the crews program, various flavors surged in my heart. Stepping out of the shadow of failure, I will find that the world is so beautiful. Not all disappointment means no longer having it. When I marvel at the sunset in front of me, I always find that the sunrise is rising behind me. During the performance, I sat under the stage and supported every star on stage like countless classmates. I also felt the power of small screws!
At this point, I realized that youth has tears, tears are the solvent of youth, and youth is strong under the dissolution of tears! Youth has sweat, sweat is the nourishment of youth, youth is full due to the soaking of sweat! As long as I have persistence in victory, confidence in myself, and unremitting efforts, even this small screw of mine can shed tears before maturity, but the name of those tears must be called - Youth without Regret!

早上好！
今天是五四青年节，首先让我们用热烈的掌声向在场的所有年轻朋友们表示节日的祝贺！今天下午学校还要召开表彰会以示庆祝，在这里我想谈两点个人体会，希望能与大家分享。
回顾近九十年来中国的发展，我认为爱国主义是五四精神的泉源。我们纪念五四运动，最终都应该是为了振兴中华民族。而要达到这一目的，简单地喊喊口号是不行的，最关键的`应该是做好自己应该做的事。
上两周，高一、二年级参加了期中考试，高三年级参加了荆州市第三次调考，那么，我们现在最应该做什么呢？我想应该是反思。我们要抓住这个契机，按照学校要求，认真地对前段时间的学习目标、学习资源、学习内容、学习策略等内容进行反思。要反思自己的阶段性学习目标是否已经实现、学习策略是否有效。如果学习目标实现了，我们就可以进行成功经验的反思，并把成功的经验内化为自己的学习习惯。否则，就应在老师的帮助下反思一下失败的原因，调整并制定下一步的学习目标，改进自己的学习策略。

大家好，我演讲的题目是做有担当的新时代青年。
青年的人生有平川也有高山，有缓流也有险滩，心中有阳光，为了理想能坚持有担当才能创造无愧于时代的人生！
我出生在一个普通的家庭，父母辛辛苦苦培养我希望我能到大城市发展，可是大学毕业后我选择了做一名大学生村官，工作2年后成为一名选调生。我由爸爸妈妈的贴心小棉袄转变为一名人民公仆、一位刑警的妻子和2岁8个月女儿的妈妈。现在的我，面对的不只是工作，还要照顾上有老下有小的家庭。在单位我分担的事情还挺多，工作状态是走路带小跑的那种，就连生病住院我都要一手打吊针，一手写材料。在平凡的岗位上，我用心做事，用真情待人，我坚信别人能够做到的我一定也能做到，别人能够干好的事情我通过努力也能完成。作为一名女性青年，我要把自己变得很坚强，因为只有练就了能担当的本领才能更好地完成新时代赋予的历史使命。其实人生就如故事，它不在于有多长，而在于有多么精彩，在于有没有担当，更在于有没有价值！
我有一个梦想，我想在多年以后，我能够承担起更多的.责任，能够为实现中国梦贡献更多的力量，能够成为在新时代有影响力的人，我知道这个梦想对我来说暂时还有些遥远，但我始终会坚定自己的理想信念，尽全力去拼搏去奋斗。我不仅要工作还要读在职研究生，所以照顾父母陪伴的时间相对较少，时间长了，家里人难免有些怨言。我印象比较深的一次是我老公居然对我抱怨道，我不需要你做工作上的女强人！听了这话，当时我哭了，我想与他据理力争、好不让步——你做你的警察，你要做为人民服务的好警察，你可以努力奋斗，那我为什么不行？朋友们，试问我们哪一个用心工作的人在从事自己的事业时不愧对我们的父母？不愧对自己的孩子？工作再多再难我都不会害怕，我唯一害怕是我加班时，年幼的女儿依然在下班的点到桥头或巷口等我！我害怕爸妈做了一桌子菜等我可是我又说临时紧急工作去不了了！我害怕他们失望！但是静下新来想一想，老公他也不容易，单单就今年的8月至11月他先后到成都、西藏、云南等地出差，加在一起有70多天在外奔波，经常熬夜，工作压力也很大，我应该理解他。但我是公职队伍里的一个新兵，我的事业才刚刚开始，我也有自己的理想和抱负，我只能满含眼泪的对他说，我会尽力多照顾孩子和家庭，但是我的岗位同样需要我，并且我会用更大的担当去铸就那份事业！我和老公只是中国成千上万个奋斗青年里微不足道的两个人。青年有理想有担当，国家才有前途、民族才有希望！就如无私奉献的支月英，她跋涉了很多路，吃了很多苦，但给孩子们的都是甜，从支姐姐到支妈妈，36年来，她教育了大山深处的两代人；还有回报祖国的秦玥飞，在殿堂和田垄之间，他选择后者。从耶鲁大学毕业后，回到了祖国农村服务，他与耶鲁中国同学发起了黑土麦田公益项目，招募支持优秀毕业生到国家级贫困县从事精准扶贫和创新创业！我认为做有担当的新时代青年就是要像他们一样放弃小我，积极投身到党和国家的伟大事业中去。
作为青年党员，我的使命是全心全意为人民服务。除了工作，我还肩负了很多责任，有责任就要勇于担当，因为逃避责任只会让人不堪一击、不值得信任。现在，青春是用来奋斗的，将来，青春是用来回忆的。也许在我前进的路上没有鲜花也没有掌声，但只要我不懈奋斗，那我的青春就是最美丽的，只要我勇于担当，那我的人生就是最有价值的。
做有担当的新时代青年，要敢于做先锋，而不做过当不当看客，要让不忘初心跟党走成为青春远航的动力，要让牢记使命勇担当成为青春搏击的能力，要请青春年华在为国家为人民的奉献中焕发出绚丽的光彩！
