一学期的时光转瞬即逝，本学期，我担任八（3）、八（4）两班的教学，在过去的时光中，有过辛酸，有过欢乐；有过彷徨，也有收获，在荆棘中坎坷而行。经过七年级一学年的学习，大部分学生基本上会说简单的对话，看懂简单的英文读物，但部分学生基础很差，单词基本不会；他们的学习目的不明确，不爱学，他们不敢开口讲英语，更不懂英文写作。究其原因，是学生对英语学习的接触面小，说练机会少，以及他与中文的部分反差的诸多因素，使得学生对英语学习常常存在“厌、怕、弃”的不健康的心理。这使我不得不改进教学方法。
1、确立与新课程相适应的教育观念
学生是学习的主体，老师不能代替学生读书，代替学生感知，代替学生观察、分析、思考，代替学生明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。老师只能让学生自己读书，自己感受事物，自己观察、分析、思考，从而明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。于是我改变“一言堂”，把课堂还给学生，形成师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的教学过程。
2、努力建立融洽的师生关系
相对来说，初中生比小学生独立性强，自尊心也逐渐增强，渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重，互相信任，才能建立起友好关系，从而促进学生学习的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观，正确认识学生的主体地位。我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生，耐心细致地指导学生，使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。上课时我是学生的老师，循循善诱和激发学生学习的积极性，大胆求异创新；课后我却成为他们的好朋友，无话不谈，亮起心灵之光；生活上，我是他们的父母，关怀备至。
3、严谨治学，保持良好的教态
教师的教风直接影响学生的学风，所以我时刻提高自己的思想觉悟，做到爱岗敬业，学而不厌，诲人不倦，为人师表，治学严谨，还要保持良好的教态。老师的教态好，学生就喜欢，他们听课的兴趣就高，接受知识也快。反之，学生就不喜欢，甚至讨厌。特别是正处于青春期的初中生，看问题开始有可独立的见解，对他们更要注意教态和教学语言的使用。如我介绍新句型时，我利用语言的轻重，语调的高低，和一定的动作表情，尽量引起学生的注意和兴趣。当学生回答问题时，我的表情变得自然亲切，使学生他们感到老师对他们的信任，这样学生就增添了勇气，就能大胆地回答问题。
4、积极创造语言情景。

5、自我提高与教科研。
本学期我努力学习英语教育教学理论和新课程理念，经常阅读《中学英语教师报》、《中小学外语》，自觉参加各项学习与培训，收到了较好的效果，使自己的业务水平有所提高。

本学期我担任初二(163、164)班的英语教学。由于教学任务的艰巨，我对教学工作不敢怠慢，本学期我认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心学习。经过一个学期的努力，获取了很多宝贵的教学经验。以下是我在本学期的教学情况。
一、思想方面
本人能积极参加政治学习，关心国家大事，拥护以习近平同志为核心的党中央的正确领导，坚持四项基本原则，拥护党的各项方针政策，遵守劳动纪律，团结同志，热心帮助同志;教育目的明确，态度端正，钻研业务，勤奋刻苦;关心学生，爱护学生，为人师表，有奉献精神。
二、备好课，备好学生，上好课
教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系，不可分割的，有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。不懂得了解学生对教学的重要性，只是专心研究书本，教材，想方设法令课堂生动，学生易接受，这是很容易碰钉子的。在上课前要了解清楚学生的实际情况。
一方面，农村的学生英语听，说的能力相对较弱，授课采用较深的全英教学，同学们较难适应。另一方面，(163)班的同学比较沉静，学困生所占比例较大，尖子生人数较少。因此，讲得太深，就照顾不到整体。了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。
教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。
一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。我认真研究了课文，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。为使教学生动，不沉闷，我还为此准备了大量的教具，授课时就胸有成竹了。相反，我没有认真备课的时候，课堂气氛沉闷，教学效果不好，与此相比可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。
备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。
三、激发学生学习兴趣
英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，就是尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学习英语。因为只有英语水平提高，他们才能达到交异国笔友的目的，同时也可以提高同学们的英语写作能力，对成绩优秀的同学很有好处。因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学习中，会出现好差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学习风气。因此，绝对不能忽视。为此，我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。
四、注重听、说、读、写全面发展
英语是语言。因此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持进班了解早读情况，发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，提高他们的能力。期中考试和期末考试是考察每位同学在本学期的学习成果，因此应该予以重视。考试前进行有系统的复习，考试后进行学科总结。在期中考试后的时间里，我把力量主要集中在中差生辅导上以缩短差距。另外，还发现学生的综合能力不够强，所以以后的教学中要加强这方面的训练。让学生轻松学，容易掌握。从多年的教学来看，适当辅导后进生对班的整体发展有很大帮助。

时光飞逝，转眼这个学期走近尾声。有过辛酸，有过欢乐;有过彷徨，也有收获，在荆棘中坎坷而行。在各级领导的关心帮助下，在老师们的大力支持下，我较好地完成了我的本职工作。为了能在以后的工作中更好地发挥自己的优势， 及时总结经验，吸取教训。 本学期，我担任初二(6)、(3)两班的教学，根据本学期教学工作计划安排及学生的实际，目前教学工作已结束，现就本学期教学工作总结如下:
一、学生的基本状况
经调查接触，两个班大部分学生，基础不是很好也不扎实，学习不主动，对英语的兴趣不浓。相对于三班的学生，六班的学生上课不太积极，接收能力不强。且优生不是很多，中间部分的学生还行，后面部分学生有点多。三班的学生课堂上积极，接收能力不是那样的好。可是优生稍微多点，中间部分的学生多了点，后进生也多。所以平均分三班比六班要好些，但相对于全年级来说基础就差了一点。
二、采取的措施
1、我结合学生的实际情况，通读和节选教材，围绕着最简单、最基本、最常用的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等进行教学，使学生对英语产生兴趣，形成学习动机，培养学习兴趣 。
2、认真学习体现以素质教育为目标的新课程理念及学校工作计划，认真研究教材，和同年级老师共同制定了本学期教学工作计划，加强落实、反馈、总结计划的执行情况。
3、教学过程中，注意抓常规教学，以学生为主体，面向全体学生组织教学，注意培养学生的听说读写的能力，充分利用早读时间，要求学生大声朗读课文。
4、抓词汇和句型学习，经常进行听写训练，提高学生对记忆单词和句型的能力;另外从开学初就开始初狠抓英语课文背诵。
5、课堂内外多听多说英语。老师上课时尽量用英语讲课，这样能使学生更多地接触英语。每堂课要用一定的时间让学生用所学过的日常用语和课堂(用语进行不同的形式进行对话。也可以结合实物、图片等用英语进行简单的描术，培养学生的语感。
6、抓小测验、单元测试过关，并注重复习。
三、工作中的不足之处
经过了一个学期的教学，在获得了一些经验的同时，也发现了自己工作中的不足之处。
1、课程进步把握不准，复习时间短。由于初次接触教材，对于整本教材处理时间上没有很好的把握，导致新课结束的十分匆忙。学生一时还不能反应过来，跟不上教学节奏。
2、重视分数，忽略情感、态度和价值观的培养。在教材处理时，只注意到了知识目标和技能目标的确定，却忽略了情感、态度和价值观目标的设定和教育，例如"礼貌待人"、"乐于助人"等。
四、今后的工作思路
1、多多开展英语活动，激发学生学习英语的兴趣。
2、在帮助学生学好英语知识的同时，要加强对学生情感、态度和价值观的培养。
3、继续实行"任务型"教学，提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。
4、继续加强业务学习，提高自身的业务素质，不断更新思想观念，以适应新形式下教学发展的需要。

不足之处：目前任务型教学法是新课程理念下的创新教学法中的最重要一种它也是交际法的发展。教师是活动的设计者，组织者，学生是交际者。在课堂上我总怕学生吃不饱，不知不觉地讲多了，没有给学生思考的空间；知识传授比重大，语言实践不足等等。今后我积极加强自身的课程改革理论学习，转变教育理念，建立以学生为本的教育观念，树立活动教学观，争取做一名具有现代素养的人民教师。

How time flies(时间过得真快),unconsciously(不知不觉地) the next winter vacation (寒假)will soon come.In order to improve(提高) myself as well as enjoy a happy holiday,I made the winter vacation plan.
Firstly i want to continue with my study,i think study is a life process,so no matter what the situation I am in,i will look for chances to continue it.I have bought several new books ,including those books on my major(专业)and some novels ,I will try to finish reading them in the holiday and write notes.
Secondly,since it is the holiday,I will share it with my family and friends .You know the spring festival will soon come, I believe I would chatting and play games with my friends and family .I think I will enjoy the vacation.
